Every so often I like to give you ideas for ways to stock your freezer. This is not only budget friendly, because you can avoid eating out if you have options at home, but soup in general is a pretty cheap option. These five freezer soup recipes below also have a few unique flavors so that you don’t get bored by what you’re eating.

For this one, don’t put the beans or pasta in before you freeze it. Wait and save that for when you’re ready to eat it.

Those aren’t going anywhere, but I also decided to start sharing what we’re eating for dinner each week. I prioritize in-season produce, plenty of protein, and simplicity.
