This is a heads up that there will be a FREE Health Screening at Sam’s Club on 10/12. Mark your calendar for a test that will focus on Women’s Health, but also offers tests for men as well.

Tests include Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, PSA for men, TSH for women, take home gel breast self exam kits, vision and more!

Healthcare can get expensive so it’s nice to have a Free check-up and not have to wait in a doctor’s office, plus these screenings are worth over $100!

You don’t have to be a member of Sam’s Club to participate, but limited quantities apply and screenings only available at clubs with a pharmacy.
