The fall always gets busy for us, so having meals planned out ahead of time always helps. As I do every month, I’ve come up with a meal plan to take some of the guesswork out of it. I kept things pretty simple this month and used my meal plan for my family as inspiration. I’ve got some old favorites as well as a few new recipes I’d like to try. I hope this helps take some of the stress out of your September!

Southern Savers FREE September 2023 Monthly Meal Plan

I’m using a basic template for meals this month with grilled food on Saturdays, breakfast for dinner on Tuesdays, and pasta recipes on Fridays. If there is some category on here that doesn’t work for your family, just replace it with something else! Maybe you do “Sandwich Saturday” or “Meatless Monday.” This plan doesn’t have to be followed exactly, but it may give you some ideas if nothing else!
