This alfredo pasta will be loved by your whole family! By using frozen veggies and rotisserie chicken, you’ll have dinner ready so quickly.
Note: You can use jarred alfredo sauce, but it’s also really simple to make your own sauce.

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- salt and pepper
- chicken meat from a rotisserie chicken about 1 cup, cut up into chunks
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 batch alfredo sauce or 1 store-bought jar alfredo sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.
Add the vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and stir until heated through.
While the vegetables and chicken are cooking, cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Add the alfredo sauce and the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables and stir to combine.
