      I hate Cartwheel…it has never actually worked for me. I gave up and went back to printing the Target coupons, but also hate it when they have a good dead for Cartwheel only. Doesn’t make an iota of sense to me, why would you want to irritate your customers?

      I could not find the $2 coupon for Target. I wish you would explain more clearly where to get them or put a link on your website.

      I am so frustrated with my local Target store, or at least one employee, I feel like she is “bullying” me. she seemed to have glee when she told me I could not use my coupon cause it does not have manufacture printed on the top of it, IT WAS FROM A SMART SOURCE MACHINE (the ones that are in the aisles of grocery stores, etc… these are indeed MQs right?)
      She is an employee of a very coupon friendly company (they have all these coupon options!!!, MQs,TQs, Mobiles, and Cartwheel)…. but she doesn’t seem to have any real knowledge of the coupon policy. I have actually cried after dealing with this woman! I have sent an email to Target explaining an issue I had, but they told me I was incorrect, they did not compensate for anything.

      I have had to return an item due to it being expired (I have found that the Kraft recipe makers are notoriously out of date in many stores in my area), I tried to tell her that it should be an EVEN exchange. it was expired product, but she kept insisting that I needed to pay more that she couldn’t give me for credit for the coupons that I previously used. Finally another cashier stepped in and told her what to do.

      Does their return policy really issue a GC for coupons that were used for a returned product as it states?
      Returns: •Returns of items purchased using Manufacturer Coupons may receive coupon value returned in the form of a Target GiftCard
      I told her that, and the next time I had to deal with her she informed me that even her manager said this was NOT their policy. I can’t do anything if their managers say its not policy, and it makes me look like a liar :( I am new at this so maybe I interrupted that incorrectly.
      I even tried to explain to her that it was hard to find a replacement because most had dates with Dec 2013 and she snapped at me “MA’AM YOU’VE ALREADY SAID THAT! It will be taken care of!” … and yet they’re still on the shelves 2 weeks later.

      I am really thinking of giving up on Target, it upsets me.. their cashiers never seem to know how to do coupons, and they make me feel like I am doing something wrong.

      I think I am just venting. but I do have a question for you guys~
      is there another way to get in touch with target corp? Does calling get better results?

      Paullet, You could try putting that same comment on Targets Facebook page or twitter; much like a letter to editor used to be. OK even when cashier is wrong and thinks its not their “policy” why would they risk loosing a customer over small change???? These stores should train their employees at Chick-fil-a. Ha Ha… but CFA really does know customer service. Hang in there. Don’t you just love Jenny’s site! :)

      i found the big box 100ct with bonus 24ct box attached for 2.49 each. So i bought 2 of those for sure. 2.00/2 and cartwheel.

      Paullet…print out the store’s coupon policy and show it to the manager! If that does not work then do like joannecash says and gon on their twitter or facebook page and complain. Good luck!
