I've got one for a great smoothie, I make it without the ice cream or frozen yogurt to keep the sugar content low,…from Kroger coupon deals this week.  I was looking for a way to use up that free milk from Kroger this week.  Very tasty.

milk, S. yogurt, and Driscoll strawberries, crushed ice

I was just about to post the exact same thing. Funny! I used 1 C skim milk, 1 C vanilla dannon light and fit (about to expire that I got a few weeks ago at a Kroger mega event), about 8 oz strawberries, and about a cup of ice. If you're doing weight watchers it's 4 points plus, which is not bad at all and it's a pretty filling (and tasty!) snack (or dinner in my case; I had a big lunch).

Thank you so much for the WONDERFUL meal ideas. I feel like I eat the same thing every week.

Baked potato tip:  I am the only one who likes baked potatoes, instead of heating up the whole kitchen it's better for me to just let Wendy's bake them for me.  It's a dollar for a plain baked potato and since it's on the way home I am not making a special trip to get it.  Worth keeping in mind if you are trying to keep your power bill down (my a/c isn't so good, so baking is out in the summer months)
