We’re always looking for fun activities to get us outside during the summer. My goal is to keep them and the mess outside as long as possible. With the days getting warmer, I’ve been on the hunt for new things to occupy the time, so I thought I would share a few that we found that have been fun!

If your kids end up using water guns to shoot each other and that leads to conflict, use this idea to set up a shooting range so they can practice their skills on inanimate objects!
Have fun outside and encourage gross motor development with these easy DIY balancing activities kids can do outside!
This requires a bit of prep in advance, but the ingredients are cheap and this will lead to lots of fun experimenting outside where the mess doesn’t matter!
You can get pool noodles for about $1 apiece, and this is a fun way to use them if you don’t have access to water nearby.
