Sam’s Club is running some great deals til tomorrow (11/8) and one of them is this Chefman 20-Quart Roaster Oven with Adjustable Temperature Control.

At $20 off (til 11/8), it’s worth grabbing one of these especially with the holidays coming up so quickly. If you’ve never owned a roaster oven, here are the benefits:

Fits Large Turkeys – The spacious 20-quart capacity holds up to a 24-pound turkey for big family meals.

Cooks Right From Frozen -Built-in defrost setting lets you roast meats without waiting for them to thaw first.

Easy To Clean – The PFAS-free enamel insert makes wiping away baked-on grease quick and simple.

Safe To Carry – Stay-cool side handles provide a secure grip even when the oven is hot.

Keeps Food Warm -Warm setting holds your meal at the ideal serving temperature until dinner is ready. This is a big deal especially if you’re working with a smaller kitchen.

One of my favorite things to use a roaster oven for is a pot roast or a warm, delicious soup!

Everyone needs a good chocolate chip cookies recipe under their belt. Here is one of my favorites! It’s both crisp and chewy and is definitely asking for a cold glass of milk.

I like to mix this dough by hand using a wooden spoon (it helps prevent over-mixing, which can lead to spreading and tough cookies). This recipe makes 12 cookies.
