On one hand, it’s hard to believe that it’s November, but on the other hand, it’s felt like the longest year ever, so maybe it’s not so surprising! November means the beginning of the holiday season with many holidays back to back, so I like to plan light and simple recipes so I can feel good going into those months where there are many rich and delicious food options! Here are 30 days worth of meals so that you can focus on what matters instead of worrying about what to cook each night.

November 2020 Monthly Meal Plan

I didn’t really stick to any kind of system this month. I just went through my list of recipes and picked family favorites and ones that are on the lighter side. On Thanksgiving, we’ll have our usual Thanksgiving foods. The day after Thanksgiving we usually plan to eat leftovers, and then on Saturday we just eat more leftovers and I’ll usually set out a snack platter. After cooking on Thursday, I don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen the following weekend!
