Can you believe 2023 is almost over? In some ways this year has gone by really quickly, and at other times it seems really long. But regardless of how I feel, it’s December, and that means that we have a lot going on. If that’s the same for you, then I hope this December 2023 Monthly Meal Plan provides some help as you plan your meals.

You’ll notice this month that it may appear as though I am phoning it in. Rotisserie chicken every week? Frozen pizzas twice in one month? Here’s the thing about meal planning: You have to be realistic. I know what this month looks like for our family, and grabbing a few rotisserie chickens from Costco on my weekly trip is going to make dinner that much easier those nights. We are also not above frozen pizza. It’s certainly cheaper than taking everyone out to eat! If your month is less crazy than mine, then you can fill those days in with some of your family go-tos or maybe, if you feel you have the energy to do so, try a new recipe you’ve been interested in.
