Every once in a while I like to give you a peek into what my family is eating for dinner in any given week. While I do come out with monthly meal plans to inspire you, on a week to week basis we sometimes eat even more simply. I also like to give you some breakfast and lunch ideas. We are now forever doing one night a week of what I call FFY—fend for yourself. The kids call it smorgasbord. This is when I pull everything out of the fridge that can potentially be eaten. It might be leftovers or fruit. I’ll usually throw in a bag of frozen vegetables to balance it out. I hope this weekly meal plan for May 5 helps you with your own meal planning this week!
