This month our stock the freezer post is all about desserts. As I’m writing this, the holidays are behind us, but there may still be things to take desserts to. I like having desserts in the freezer because they can be prepped or thawed quickly, and it also doesn’t tempt me to constantly eat them! Here are 5 freezer dessert recipes that you can make all in one day and have on hand. The shopping list is at the end of the post!

Stock the Freezer: Freezer Dessert Recipes

Chocolate Chip Cookie/Dough | Southern Savers

This is my cookie recipe, and it’s perfect for the freezer. You can freeze the cookies after you bake them, or you can roll the dough into a log and slice and bake them straight from the freezer.

No Bake Berry Cheesecake Bars | Cloudy Kitchen

Fully prepare the bars, then freeze. Before you are ready to serve them, thaw them in the fridge or on the counter (just as you would a pre-made cheesecake from the store!).

Ice Cream Sandwiches | Preppy Kitchen

It honestly never occurred to me to try to make my own ice cream sandwiches, but these look delicious!

Tiramisu | Tastes Better from Scratch

This classic Italian dessert freezes well, and the flavors actually meld together nicely in the freezer. The link to recipe includes freezer instructions.

Lemon Blueberry Bread Pudding | Eat Yourself Skinny

You can freeze this all together or as individual portions if you want to make it in muffin cups.  The recipe contains freezer instructions.
