Can you believe it’s already November? 2019 has definitely flown by for me.
As I was getting ready to make the meal plan for November, I realized that since I’ve been doing keto, my feelings about all the food at the holiday has changed. Don’t get me wrong—I’m planning to eat some Christmas cookies—but I don’t want to spend the next few months feeling bloated! For me, that means sticking with keto like I have been doing. However, I know that keto isn’t for everyone, so I decided I would put together a low carb monthly meal plan that you can use for the whole month of November (and repeat it in December, if you want!).
If you’re not trying to do low carb, this meal plan will still work. You can add sides like potatoes, pasta, or rice. Or, if you’re doing low carb but your whole family isn’t, you can make some biscuits or rolls on the side. Each of the recipes are delicious in their own right! In fact, some of the recipes do call for starchy sides, but you can make your own “noodles” from zucchini or “rice” from cauliflower.
