Can you believe this is the seventh year of free monthly meal plans? I hope you aren’t tired of them, because I plan to keep doing them as long as my family keeps needing me to make dinner for them. Anything that reduces my mental load is helpful, and I hope these monthly meal plans help you, too! To round out the year, I’ve come up with the December 2025 monthly meal plan to help get us through the holiday season.

You’ll notice some special events this month where I didn’t have to plan a meal. While that’s nice, I’m not sure it’s a worthwhile trade for the chaos of this time of year! We’re also sticking with some repeat meals like tacos and snack dinners. I love doing snack dinners after special events because it doesn’t require any cooking on my part and it’s usually a lighter meal than whatever delicious comfort foods we’ve been enjoying previously. You’ll also see that one night I’ve already planned for takeout pizza. I don’t see that as a failure because I already know that night is going to be busy, and I can plan that cost into my budget this month.
