All you have to do is head to the Leinenkugel’s Beer website, listen to a minute of polka and then they’ll send you a code to get your rebate.
The beer has to be purchased between 9/17 and today, 10/9, then submit your receipt and UPC by 10/24. Customers in most states will get the full $10 rebate, but a few states only allow a $5 rebate. Just check your state when your rebate code pops up!
The music is pretty good, too – not a bad way to spend a minute to get a nice freebie!
